Despite beginning with an engineering/management career, Bob transitioned to the commercial fishing industry in 1986. Although owning and operating a fish house since then has provided the income, Bob has gotten more heavily involved in fisheries management, policy, and education. He currently serves as OFF Treasurer and is deeply engaged in multiple fish related activities at the state, regional and national levels.
