PROGRAMMING
Organized Fishermen of Florida has created programs to benefit our industry, our members, and the public. From cleaning up derelict traps, local festivals, and shoreline cleanups we strive to better the commercial fishing industry and community through our programs.
EDUCATION
Organized Fishermen of Florida strives to educate our members and the public on best practices and sustainability. We encourage the public to buy local sustainability caught seafood, our staff and fishermen attend workshops held by varying offices around the state, and O.F.F. holds conferences and meetings for members as well.
LOCAL EMPOWERMENT
Feeling like there are countless pressing issues that no single program could make a marked difference? Organized Fishermen of Florida advocates for fishermen at the local and state levels to ensure their needs are being heard. As a statewide organization we understand the issues may vary in each region, and strive to empower our members to be unified, and treated as individuals.
